We are located in downtown Dwight, Illinois, an easy drive from Bloomington, Peoria, and Chicago. We have several ways to reach us: Amtrak, I-55, Highways 47 and 17, or the Mother Road, Route 66.

Some staples will be available regularly, but much of our menu rotates. We follow a seasonal approach, and many items are produced in small batches.

Yes, we often sell out of certain items, especially breads and pastries. We recommend visiting earlier in the day for the best selection.

That said, our shelves are intentionally curated, and we evaluate new products carefully based on quality, ingredient sourcing, craftsmanship, and how they fit within the overall mix of the market.

Our honey is harvested seasonally, typically in July or August, depending on certain conditions.
Because it’s produced in small batches, availability is limited and may not last long once it’s on the shelves.
